InetSoft helps non-profits such as the Anti-Human Trafficking Intelligence Initiative utilize data visualization technology to save crime victims. Recently ATII received a request from a potential academic partner and local government advisory board to help uncover possible human trafficking operations. ATII used data collected locally and visualized the relationships that existed between massage parlors and advertised escorts in the same area. This demonstrated the use of their Open Source Intelligence solution, which embeds InetSoft’s data visualization technology, in detecting possible human trafficking. As a result a plan was created to mitigate trafficking threats in the area. Chris Kemp, Director of Enterprise Operations at ATII, commented, “This would not have been possible without InetSoft and the amazing support their data tools provide.”
