Can MySQL Generate Reports?
The MySQL shell allows users to create and execute queries against a database. It can be used to view data stored in tables within a database. You can use the mysql command line tool to access the shell. So in a very rudimentary and cumbersome way, it can create a report. But this is static tabular report with no charts or interactivity or value as a self-service report.
What Is the Difference Between RDBMS and MySQL?
This is a trick question. MySQL is a RDBMS. The relational database management system (RDBMS) is a type of database management system (DBMS). It stores data in tables, which are organized into rows and columns. Each row represents a record, while each column contains a field. In addition to storing data, RDBMSs provide many functions that allow users to manipulate the data stored within the DBMS. This permits faster data retrieval, updates to records, and mathematical computations such as aggregations or averages.
